Tameka Green Foote is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is the co-founder of New Life Counseling & Mental Health Services, LLC.
Tameka has over 15 years of counseling experience from partial hospitalization, intensive in-home services, educational, and outpatient settings. As a result, she is able to combine her experience and knowledge from all programs into her private practice. She has extensive experience working with a diverse population of adults, children and families affected by substance abuse, mental & behavioral health.
Tameka has earned a dual Master of Arts degree from Montclair State University; which includes Counseling, Guidance & Human Services, and Educational Administration. She completed her undergraduate degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Additional certifications have been earned in Substance Awareness Coordinator, and School Counselor & Social Worker. Her specialties include depression, mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, LGBTQ, ADHD, anger management, trauma, behavior modification, relationship issues and decision making skills.
Tameka encourages spiritual, physical and emotional health through evidence based practices. She is passionate about helping people of diverse backgrounds solve and reach resolutions so they can live more meaningful lives.
Charles Idris Webb, LCSW

Charles Idris Webb is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of New Life Counseling and Mental Health, LLC.
Charles has over 20 years of counseling experience. He has worked extensively with families, children, and adolescents in the fields of adoption, foster care, residential placement, public education, LGBTQ relations, and community based therapy.
Charles holds dual Masters Degrees in Counseling and Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in Fine Art. He studied Art Therapy at the School for Visual Arts and Cabrini Hospital in New York. Additional certifications include School Counselor, Social Worker and School Supervisor. His specialties include ADHD, PTSD, impulse control, anger management, communication, behavior modification and relationship issues.
Charles was trainer for Cornel University where he implemented staff development for the NY State department of social services on risk assessment. He has also worked as a consultant for numerous child care agencies in New York and New Jersey in training and professional development.
Charles encourages client self-determination and goal setting in his counseling approach. He believes that effective counseling can be a life changing experience. He is motivated to help you achieve your goals.
